Description

This position is for a Specialty Business Manager, in our Oncology & Nephrocare Division, located in J&K. Candidates must be able to understand and apply knowledge of health care industry trends, and analyze these factors in the development of business plans and in daily execution of sales calls within compliance guidelines. Develops and implements territory plans that properly identifies and prioritize activities to accomplish short and long term business plan goals. Demonstrates clear and thorough understanding of disease states. Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clinicians.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with Management Degree with at least 3 years in a Specialty Role with hospital/institutional sales. At least 6 months of oncology experience is desirable or equivalent oncology therapeutic knowledge .Nephrology/ Oncology specialty marketplace experience preferred though not essential.

Compensation:
Besides Base salary of Rs 15000, Insurance, Car allowance, LTA, Bonuses & other applicable perks.
